Grades are honest. DS means deadstock, VNDS is worn once or twice, and used means used.
DS is deadstock — never worn. VNDS is very near deadstock, worn once or twice, and we photograph any crease. Used is used, graded out of ten, with the flaws listed rather than hidden. We would rather undersell the condition than argue about it afterwards.
